My journey into psychotherapy began with a personal inquiry into how our past experiences, relationships, and formative environments shape who we are. This curiosity led me to pursue extensive training in integrative psychotherapy, enabling me with the essential tools and experience to draw from proven therapeutic approaches to best support others.
Trained in both classical and contemporary theories and techniques, my approach incorporates contemporary relational psychoanalytic thinking and humanistic modalities. I draw on relational-developmental approaches, attachment theory, and existential tradition, alongside Person-centred and CBT techniques.
This comprehensive foundation and flexibility allows me to tailor therapy to each of my client’s unique requirements, ensuring that our work together is as effective as possible.
My experience spans a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma and addiction. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds in various settings, from private practice to mental health organisations. I provide support to individuals navigating transitions in life, while helping them build healthier relationships, overcome blockages and fears, and develop a stronger sense of self. Whether you are dealing with a specific concern or seeking broader personal growth, I am here to support you on this journey to live your life to its full potential.
In our sessions, you will find a safe, confidential and collaborative environment, in which the power of the therapeutic relationship shall facilitate meaningful change and growth. Together, we shall work to understand your challenges, uncover your inner strengths, and develop strategies to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
My clients describe me as warm, empathetic and non-judgemental, while valuing my clear and thoughtful approach in challenging established patterns to foster self-awareness and personal autonomy.
