Embracing change and seeking growth can feel daunting, but it is also the most courageous move you can make. Together, we can pave a path towards healing, clarity, and fulfilment. Your journey to a brighter future starts here, and every step forward is an investment in a better you.
We seek therapy when we want to create meaningful change, addressing personal or relationship challenges that have not been resolved by ourselves or through conversations with friends, family, or colleagues.
This need could arise from a crisis - a traumatic event, a major loss, a separation or divorce, or struggles with illness, low motivation, or depression. For others, it could stem from a lingering feeling that something isn’t quite right or a desire for a better, more fulfilling life, thus seeking professional and academically-trained guidance.
There are countless reasons someone might turn to therapy.
Whatever brings you here, as you’re thinking about taking this step, finding the right person to work with is essential. Should you wish to learn more about my approach, the issues I specialise in, or practical details about us working together, please get in touch. In my experience, having an initial conversation is a helpful way to determine that we are a good fit for your journey.
As a UKCP accredited and BACP registered psychotherapist, I bring extensive training in both classical and contemporary therapeutic approaches. My practice integrates various methods including humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and personal growth. With experience across diverse settings, I create a safe, collaborative environment where meaningful change becomes possible.
In order to meet each client's unique needs, I combine various therapeutic approaches in my integrative approach. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, providing focused support for specific challenges or deeper exploration for lasting change. Working from an integrative framework, sessions create a secure, confidential space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful personal growth. Therapy takes place either in person or online, accommodating different preferences and circumstances.
I practice from Wimpole Street in Marylebone, central London and from Snow Hill Court in the City. These locations are accessible from most areas in and around London, catering to Westminster, Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, Islington, Hackney, and Southwark.
The nearest underground stations to Wimpole Street being Bond Street (Central and Jubilee lines) and Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central, and Victoria lines), while St Paul’s (Central line) and Faringdon (Elizabeth and Circle lines) serve my Snow Hill Court practice. Both situated within a short walking distance. Several bus routes also serve the areas, providing additional options for one to travel.
I also have availability at Warriner Gardens, close to Battersea Park, in South West London, with the nearest underground stations being Sloane Square (District and Circle lines) and Battersea Power Station (Northern line), serving the areas of Belgravia, Chelsea, Clapham and Putney.
